Placing an order with Longheart
Browse the designs on this site and make a note of the design number of your choice, then please contact me by email at lovelongheart@mail.com or alternatively use the contact form on this website to get your quote.
I advise all customers to order a sample from me so that you have the opportunity to see how the colours and designs print out and you can also feel the quality of the card and envelopes. This ensures your chosen design is the perfect one for you before committing to placing a full order. Please note that orders cannot be placed without customers first seeing an unpersonalised paper sample of their chosen invitation design.

​If you are happy with your quote I will send you a payment request, when full payment has been received I will get to work on your order, sending drafts to your email address for you to approve, and keeping you informed throughout the entire process.

I always advise customers to view and check drafts on a screen large enough to see the design and text very clearly and feel free to print it out if needed to enable you to read the text more clearly (I do not recommend viewing the drafts on a mobile phone screen no matter how tempting!) Take all the time you need to check for any errors or omissions on your drafts and that you are happy with the layout of the design and text. It is important to me that your design is perfect for you so we will go back and forth until you are completely happy, nothing will be sent to print until you verify you are ready to go ahead.

There is no minimum order. Please drop me a line if you have any questions and I will be delighted to assist you.

Only UK delivery is available, and I always use Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. If you wish to pay extra and have your invites delivered by DPD please let me know in advance of me printing your order. Digital files can be emailed to anywhere in the world.

I use the following sizes for my items:
A5 148x210mm (invitations, menus, order of service booklets, guest information cards)
A6 105x148mm (gift wish poems, rsvp cards, table numbers)
A2 420x594mm (seating plans and welcome boards)

Your order wil be posted out within 1 month of you approving your final draft/s or signing a waiver form (if necessary).

Invites you can write yourself at home
Many of my designs are available as unpersonalised 'DIY invites' - this means you can buy your invites in advance and write in the details yourself at your leisure. Please ask me which designs are available as DIY.

Digital invitations
Digital invites are also available and are charged per side of each item. These are recommended if you wish to have your invites printed elsewhere or if you wish to email them. Digital invites are sent directly to your email address as a jpeg file and can be sent anywhere in the world.
